Civil Society Dialogue

Strengthening Civil Society-Private Sector Partnerships Through Corporate Social Responsibility Project is realized within the framework of the Civil Society Dialogue financed by the European Union. The program was developed as a platform to establish a permanent dialogue, mutual exchange of information and mutual recognition of communities by coming together with civil society organizations from Turkey and the European Union member countries. The European Union Presidency is responsible for the technical implementation of the program. The Central Finance and Contracts Unit is the contracting authority of the Program.

 

About Civil Society Dialogue:

“Civil Society Dialogue between the EU and Turkey” program, it is carried out since 2008. The program aims to increase interaction and dialogue between Turkey and EU civil society at local, regional and national levels. Also, it is the program that supports awareness-raising initiatives in each community by focusing on the benefits and importance of Turkey’s EU membership.

The projects to be implemented under a total budget of 6,000,000 euros include themes of direct dialogue and cooperation, as well as social issues for disadvantaged groups such as the disabled, elderly, refugees, women-oriented areas; and sectors such as education, health, agriculture, food, and the environment.
